Don't get breast surgery with areolas. It will ruin your life.

I was worried about the scar and went to various hospitals. If you make an areola incision, the scar is not visible, and the only hospital that does well with the areola is Centipede. The reason plastic surgery does not recommend the areola is because they are not good at it . I was told that if I open the areolas, my vision will be better and the shape will come out nice, but the bottom line on both sides is uneven and the bottom on one side is so severe that my breasts are split in two. They said they would give me a refund, but they told me to trust them one more time, so I had to re-operate a few years later. The result was a huge failure, with painful parts on both sides. The areola on one side became very enlarged, and the implant was placed separately on the side that was missing before, and the bottom and side fell  out. The doctor said that the surgery went well in the 3rd month, when the swelling had not completely gone, and that it was okay to not come in. After 3 months, more and more problems appeared. After that, the hospital said that the surgery was successful. Haha, it's rather a complaint. I received opinions from several university hospitals, but they didn't accept it. The sizes of both areolas are very different, so doctors be careful. If the first surgery fails, the hospital will perform a second surgery, right? What next? Of course, I hope the reoperation doesn't fail, but you also have to think about when the reoperation fails. Hospital attitude is also really important .
