The only thing that bothered me was surgery. He recommended a slightly larger implant (I'm tall and bulky), but I insisted on a smaller implant because I wanted a slimmer version.
After the surgery, the initial appearance was fine, but after a week, the bottom fell out. He calmly told me that it was the bottom fall and double bubble, and decided to correct it first with a correction bra.
