In the meantime, every time I regularly went to the hospital for treatment, I thought I should write a review when I got home, but I always forgot, haha. Now I'm writing it down. It
was my first breast surgery, and it was surgery on the arm. I looked it up and found that most people who had surgery on the arm said
that they couldn't use their arms properly for a week, but
I got it in two days. It's over haha.
Still, I think it helped that I rested for two days. I think it helped that I listened to the director and the nurse I met in the hospital who told me not to make any excessive movements and to take a rest when I got home. I will briefly write down the information below.

Unusual? The thing is, you don’t have to wear a corrective bra!
They do surgery using a bottom line fixation method, and on the 8th day, the stitches are removed. Once the
bottom line fixation is removed on the 12th day, I don't have to wear a correction bra. It's
good because there's almost nothing for me to worry about. I
just go about my work as usual and when I get a text message from the hospital informing me of treatment,
I check my schedule and make an appointment. You can do it.
In the 2nd week, I started with high frequency, and I am receiving all the treatments I was curious about, such as Mesosoft, Caps, and compresses. I paid a lot of money for it, but if I don't receive it, it is my loss. Every time I did the treatment, it was good. There are various treatment programs, so when I do the high frequency treatment, I pay a lot of money for
it
. When this is the best
caps, I change my mind about that one and that's the best.
But it's still a bit annoying having to move between floors of the hospital every time I do something~ haha. It
's still soft when you hold it with your hand.
Still, it hasn't been that long, but if she feels soft, I think she's probably getting better. It's too early to judge, haha. So far, I've been timid, but when the
3rd month comes, I'm going to make a bone and be brave enough to touch her. What's surprising is
that my breasts are getting bigger, and my waist is also getting slimmer. To
me, it's like killing two birds with one stone.
And the question is... .. I guess my breasts are bigger than before, so I'm curling up my upper body without even realizing it, and sometimes my wings hurt.
Is there anyone who has had surgery who has ever felt this way?
I'm thinking about trying Pilates because I'm afraid my recovery will be slow if I continue to have bad posture... … I would like to ask if there are any other good methods or exercises.
