Inflammation in my chest ㅠㅠ Im running out of 3 gallons

Im on 3 gallons now, and it still hurts and there is pain. And the size of one chest (the part that hurts a lot) is a bit large, and there is an upper convexity. I still have pain, but it hurts right after the operation ㅠㅠㅠㅠ But it hurts so much ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Huh-huh ㅜㅜ Its okay if you do. The hospital is a very famous hospital in Seoul. And you went to another place, but they only say that you seem to be recovering. TT First of all, there is heat + pain + redness for over 2 months after surgery.

If it is with fever ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I think I should try it. I had my breasts twice, but the first surgery only hurt for about 2 weeks and the second surgery didnt hurt at all. From the first day ㅜㅜ
