Abdominal suction + chest fat grafting

It's been almost 4 months since I had fat transplant at the end of September. I had surgery from Dr. Sangjae Nam. He extracted fat from my front abdomen and back and said that it was more than I expected, so 280cc was transplanted to each breast. I felt like I had grown by almost two cups, and my size was 51 in 163. I was maintaining my weight at ~2kg, but right after the surgery, I ate well and rested well, gaining weight up to 55kg. I was very worried about what would happen if the engraftment did not go well and I lost more weight, but when I last saw the doctor, he said that I would not lose any more and that I would maintain my weight, but it really stopped. I bought and wore only a mulberry bra instead of the underwear I had in the closet that I couldn't wear even if I wanted to, but now none of my original underwear fit... haha. As I'm approaching 4 months, I weigh about 57kg and when I normally gain weight, I gain a lot mainly in my abdomen and lower body, but it's abdominal fat. Maybe it's because of the suction, but I didn't gain weight on my stomach and my breasts got bigger!!!! There is no change in the circumference of the underwear, but the cup is now a full B from A. I am very satisfied, but my greed is endless.. I am thinking of having a second surgery in 6 months.
