thought I should upload it every day, but I forgot, so I'm uploading it again now.
The swelling is more than others, so it seems to be going down slowly, so I go for a walk in the morning and evening and do some stretching when I wake up. I think I did this once before going for a walk, and once before going to bed. In the 3rd week, I massaged my body with massage cream and oil once in the evening after showering to relieve the pain. As expected, I went to
the hospital and got a laser treatment for swelling. As expected, I tried hard enough. My lines have definitely changed, so I feel that aftercare is important.
I plan to stick to my diet and diet for about 3 months..! This summer, I will definitely be wearing only tank tops and shorts!
