I tried various things to lose calf fat, but it only seemed to make my legs thicker.
Because of my thick calves, the fit of jeans is burdensome (bulging at the calves;) for 1 year. I decided to get calf surgery some time ago. The procedure was done at ㅎㅍㅅ for around 300 won.
I will post pictures of what I asked for at the hospital and what I personally took every time I got a checkup.
The first picture was taken at the hospital before the procedure. I wanted to check how much my size had decreased later.
Actually, I was a little hesitant when I first heard the price, but what about the review of the procedure? There are many similar products, so I chose it because I thought it would be better to avoid side effects than to save money. The pain from the procedure feels more like a tingling sensation rather than pain. When I went home, I took a taxi because walking was a bit burdensome.
Three days after the procedure, walking was fine.
The second photo was taken about three months later when I went shopping. In the past, when I wore jeans, my calves would stick out, making it uncomfortable... I am very satisfied that the pants fall straight!
The third photo is from when I went for a checkup six months later. Before the procedure, the calf thickness was 39cm on the left and 39.7cm on the right... When I measured it at this time, it was 33.5cm on the left/34cm on the right! It shrank by a whopping 5cm. It was a lot smaller than I expected, so it exceeded my expectations. Was it worth the money I spent? There was. Haha,
it's been a little over a year since I had calf surgery. I felt like my calves were getting thicker little by little over time, so I got retouched with Botox. At first, I was a little scared because I heard that the effect is semi-permanent after a year, so if I don't take care of it, it may get thicker again, but I didn't have to worry because I took care of it consistently. Haha, I'll upload more photos next time when I have time.
