First of all, the reason I decided to get arm liposuction was because I had a lot of fat on my arms, which made them look big, and clothes that looked bad when I wore tank tops and such. But arm fat doesn’t go away easily, so I worked hard to get it done and ended up getting the surgery! First of all, I was really nervous on the day of the surgery, but once it was over, it wasn’t a big deal. For me, the pain was the worst on the first day, and the swelling and bruising were bad until the 5th day. After a week, the bruising and swelling gradually went down, and by the 10th day, there was no bruising at all! Right now, I just feel tightness and pain because of the nipple, and I don't think there's any bruising or swelling. First of all, I can see the difference before and after, so I'm so satisfied. When looking from the front or back, the most stressful thing was the bulging sideways and the floating breasts, but after liposuction, my arms are completely straight and I don't have any floating breasts. ㅎㅎ Now that winter is coming, I won't have any reason to wear short sleeves or tank tops, but I'm also dieting hard so that I can confidently walk around next spring and summer. For now, I'm just managing my diet by walking short distances lightly, not eating much late at night, and not snacking. I'm leaving this in case you're curious, but before the surgery, my specs were about 163/54~5, and now I think I'm 52~3. I originally lost weight to 51, but I gained weight because I ate a lot while traveling... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋI'm going to do my best again!! I'm writing a review so that it helps everyone. I hope it helps.
