ordinary people... I actually wrote a post before I did it, but
the conclusion is that I went to work the next day and was really worried that it would hurtㅜㅋㅋ It was less painful than I thought!!! I
saw a friend do it so I made up my mind to do itㅜㅜㅋㅋ In my case, I was extremely obese
. I went on a diet to get down to morbid obesity, but I had plateaued.. So I wanted to wear pants to get rid of the plateau...ㅎㅎ
Actually, I had sagging fat, cellulite, and no elasticity... I thought I would be lucky if I could just lose a size... I really wanted to wear pants ㅜㅜ
My thighs burn without underwear ㅋㅋㅋ If I wear shorts, they keep riding up.. Even if I lose weight, it doesn't go away here...
Anyway, if I write a short review of the procedure,
I guess I have a Rams constitution... They put you under
local anesthesia, injected a solution, and lose fat!
I almost fell asleep while riding.
They asked me often... if I was okay...
even though I'm a coward... to be honest, I didn't even realize I had started
. When I didn't feel like I was getting fat, they would poke me, but I could bear it!!! But I promised myself never to gain weight again and did it again....ㅜㅜ
It took a long time because I'm not slim...
They didn't just do it, they did it while looking at the line of my legs.. Human legs aren't straight.. so they adjusted it depending on the size of my legs. ㅜㅜㅜ
After it was over, I felt dizzy because
my legs weren't my legs ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I drank orange juice and got laser treatment and went home.
Everyone was so kind that I felt like a baby.
I have low blood pressure, so I was a little dizzy. I
sat down and rested right away. I'm glad I went with a friend.
And I ate a lot of meat with my friend that day!!!!
The next day, which I was worried about ㅋㅋ I went to work. Since it's an office job, it was a bit uncomfortable to sit down, but no one knew except for two coworkers ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They still don't know hehe
But I couldn't lose much weight because it was the Chuseok holiday ㅜㅜ
I lost almost 2kg but only lost about 400g.
One consolation is that everyone said they gained weight around this time ㅋㅋㅋ I wondered where I lost weight..ㅜ
This was because all I could do was walk and diet due to the bruises and swelling
..ㅎㅎ It got bigger because of the holiday issue.... I wonder where I didn't gain weight ㅎㅐ... I'm sure I didn't eat much....
The bruises and lumps gradually appear and disappear as time passes. It takes a few days, but it feels like it takes 10 days.
I checked my weight yesterday and was a little sad, but...
I got mesotherapy and laser, and my body definitely feels lighter, so I'm going to start exercising again and dieting properly ㅎㅎ
My weight hasn't changed much, but I lost 1.5cm on my thighs.
Everyone around me is asking if I lost weight!!!!!!
If you look at the pictures, they're like, huh? There's no difference, so I have nothing to say, but these days when I meet people, they tell me that my face has lost weight and that I look like I've lost weight, so I'm happy
. Hehe. I'm going to go on a strict diet for the time being to see better results. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The swelling hasn't gone down yet, but I'm happy when I think about it and how it will go down more. That Japchae...
