Muscle line after arm suction

I've been getting liposuction for a year at Busan MDL. I originally didn't have much fat to lose, so they said they were focusing on body contouringㅜ But my muscle line is clearly visible, so even if I gain weight on purpose , it won't go away.. Is there any way to fix it? I'm completely satisfied except for my muscle line..ㅜ

근육라인 있으면 더 섹시하지않아??
나는 일부러 근육라인 보이게 해달라고 상담때 요청하긴 했어 ㅎㅎ
근육라인 없이 일자팔 만들려면 오히려 지이를 해야한다더라구
