Last year, I got Pallams and lost 22 kg. But after about 6 months, my clothes started to not fit me again ㅠㅠ I threw away all the clothes that were too big, what should I do;; I thought I would go back to how I was before, so I got Pallams on my abdomen and started dieting. It's been 3 months now and it's been a hit again . When I got Pallams, they told me that my muscular body wouldn't show much of an effect, so I didn't expect much, but the effect was really, really good . My stomach and abs were showing... I look like a person ㅎㅎㅎ I really want to do a full body surgery . . . . But if you know of a good place for belly button plastic surgery, can you recommend it?? My belly button looks like a cave because I lost belly fat ㅠㅠ

I gained 13kg, but after getting abdominal exercise, I lost 11kg~~ But my waist is thinner now than when I was getting married ㅋㅋ
