It's already been three weeks since I got the fat extraction injection!
The bruises that were visible under my short sleeves and were misunderstood as fat have mostly disappeared and
are starting to fade. I feel like I've lost a lot of fat on my body thanks to the diet and exercise!
I've actually lost about 2kg and
they said it's good to get aftercare within 10 days of getting the fat extraction injection, so
I went to the hospital on the 10th day!!
There are two types of fat extraction injections, meso-lipolysis and extracorporeal shock wave therapy.
I got aftercare with the meso-lipolysis injection to relieve the muscle knots first. I'm going
to go choose my main dress in about a week and
I'm amazed that my back fat doesn't stick out even when I tighten the dress...
I'm going to work out harder and become slimmer!!
