I gave up because I was born with thick forearms, but it was possible for me to become like this. I really should have done it a long time ago.
I thought it was just fat that I couldn't lose even if I exercised, and I thought it was because of muscle, but
now I can see that it's not so good. I have arms that I want to see and I don't want to see them.
I think I can't continue to live like this when I really have more days to live than there are days to live in a 100-year-old. I heard it and
screamed. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I consulted and scheduled the surgery that day. What was it?
I just wanted to get out of bed quickly rather than being afraid of the surgery?
After the procedure, there was no major discomfort and the compression garment was tolerable.
And since I'm a muscular type, I couldn't lose a lot of fat, so
when a week or two passed, I was wondering if it was going well, but
for some reason, after about a month, it started to get worse. The arm line changed and
the overall body proportions completely changed.
It's not like you can really lose biceps easily.
It's to the point where I want to tell everyone to hold their breath. lol
