It's been 4 months since I had liposuction on my thighs. I've had a body type with no gaps for 29 years, but now I'm so happy that there are gaps, and the fit of my leggings has changed so noticeably that I feel good. It's worth it for me to exercise and diet hard after liposuction. I've been exercising consistently, but my thigh fat really wasn't going away very well , so I stopped smoking, but my lines have changed so much that I think I did a good job. If you're worried, I recommend it.

I also tend to gain weight because I feel distressed when I gain weight, but since I have a constitution that doesn't allow me to gain weight easily, I'm worried about losing weight. How long has it been since I've been recovering or bruising?
