I dieted hard and received follow-up care once a week for 3 months. Tomorrow is the last day of after-care!!!!! My arms have changed so much haha. I'm really happy these days. I lost about 7.3 kg and am currently in the 60 kg range! But my arms have lost a lot compared to when I just used them. The size has decreased by 8cm, from 39.5cm to 31.5cm. I really think this is the best choice for the area that is bothering me. I think I did a good job. After the aftercare, I want to lose about 1kg more this month. Until then, I’ll be on a diet!!! Then it will decrease a little more, right? I was able to have a happy summer ㅠㅠ At that time, I had to tell you somewhere that I would work hard on my diet, so I left it here haha.
