Last Friday, I finally got the fat extraction injection I had been thinking about...
My body was damaged by yo-yoing (losing 20 kg and then putting it back on by over 25 kg), so even if I tried to diet again, I couldn't find the will and couldn't lose it even if I starved. In the end, I decided to get help from a doctor. I promised myself that I would go for a consultation and set up a date for the procedure haha. But when I actually got a date, I was so scared that I scheduled it for early May, but postponed it until last Friday. Since I am an office worker, annual leave is precious, so I paid half the time and went for it! I was really scared after seeing all the treatment reviews that had been posted, but the doctor tried very hard to make me relax because I was so nervous haha. He tried to make me laugh and told me everything I wanted to know and made me feel comfortable, which was great!
To give a rough review,
the pain was related to the local anesthesia in the treatment area, putting the solution in the stomach, mixing the solution, and extracting the fat.
Personally, I tolerate pain well. Oh, but almost all of the fat was removed and there was a slight stinging sensation at the end. It's like
the bruising and swelling are mine. I usually have really bad bruising and swelling, so this time I thought I'd see my stomach that turned like a purple sweet potato, but the bruising only appeared slightly on the side and was full of swelling haha.
The solution flowing was because I had pierced a total of 4 places, but only 2 of them. I had a piercing in the panty line area, but after the procedure was over and I was changing clothes, I hit one area near the panty line and some blood and solution leaked. Other than here, the solution did not flow in the other 3 areas.
After the procedure, the pain felt like it was only in my stomach and the muscle pain was strong. ? It's still a bit uncomfortable to run, but I don't really have any other inconveniences, so
I'm taking a break from exercising until this week and I'm working hard on my diet!
I'm really enjoying this summer.
My stomach is still full due to swelling, so it's not much different from before, but I'll work hard to get rid of it!
