I'm preparing for next year's wedding, and since it's summer, I've been wearing unlimited arm workouts. What do you think!?
Before the procedure, it was 29.5cm, but now it's 27.5cm, a 2cm decrease in arm circumference.
Even if I diet, the arm fat doesn't go away! So, after debating with Jiheup, I decided to go with Rams since I couldn't use my annual leave!
It was a little uncomfortable for the first week due to bruising and swelling, but now there's nothing particularly uncomfortable and I just feel like there's a lump sometimes.
The lumps are getting better with aftercare and time passes.
I need to work harder with my diet and exercise from now on!
