Arm breathing + arm elevation (step 4) day 11!!
My left arm didn't hurt at all from the beginning, and only my right arm hurt a lot. Yesterday, when I went to take the stitches out, my right arm started to bleed and opened up a little as soon as I took off a few stitches, so I put a strip of tape on it and only took half of the stitches out. I was so upset because
my body shape had changed and the arm fluttering that I had been stressed about had disappeared. It's great, but the incision is so big that it's hard to move and
