on the front (top and bottom) and sides of my abdomen
in November 2023
! I've been living with a fat belly all this time, but
I'm so happy after the surgery.
My weight was 67kg before the surgery, but
now I'm 57kg
, and since I'm a working mom, I can't exercise at all,
so I cut down on carbohydrates compared to before
and ate assabi to control my blood sugar.
This year, I saved up money to make up for my stomachache and make room for my vacation.
It
seems like the end of a real diet is
liposuction. Since I use liposuction to remove fat cells, I don't seem to gain weight.
Now I'm eating as much as I want and maintaining my
weight. I'm happy. Everyone is confused.
