 I was thin since I was young, but the fat was concentrated only in my abdomen, so my nickname was African Ghia. I
always had a lot of restrictions on what to wear, and I was stressed every time I went on a summer trip abroad, but I
made up my mind and after thinking about it for a year, I got a fat extraction injection!! I had it done on my entire abdomen and love handles.
There wasn't any real pain during the procedure, and I was so surprised that my stomach felt slimmer right after the procedure.
The bruising and swelling started to appear big from the second day, but it gradually went away from the week after, and
now, after 10 days, the swelling is gone. A lot of the bruises are gone, and I'm so happy to see my stomach after going to the gym for the first time in a long time!!!
I'm really curious about what it will be like when the swelling goes down completely. I
'm going to diet hard and do aerobic exercise for the three months called the golden age haha..!
I think this is the last diet of my life haha...
I'll have to think a lot before deciding, but I've been recommending it to a lot of people around me! I'll come back with a one month review next time.
