It's completely possible to wear a bikini in the summer.
As my riding fat has decreased, my clothes fit much better, and
I'm happy that the pain from chafing on my inner thighs is almost gone.
My legs look longer too~~~
Let me talk about my diet routine first!
I exercised at least twice a week,
alternating between aerobic and strength training.
At first, there was swelling,
so it decreased by about -1cm in the first week, but
from the 8th week, which is called the golden period, it really started to decrease and was -5.1cm.
The pain was stinging and tingling at first,
but as time went by, the lumps went away.
I also received thorough aftercare! !!!
For thigh lambs,
