Hello everyone :) It's already been 3 months since I got rid of my entire abdomen! I spent every day consistently walking and doing strength training, wondering if this would really go away. Every morning, I look at myself in the mirror and feel happy haha. Ah! Honestly, the most difficult thing is the diet after the procedure? But the old appetite? It's been a long time since I disappeared, and as I watched myself change every day, I was able to control it naturally!! What makes me happiest now is that I have to buy all the clothes I bought before. It has grown so much that I can wear it ㅠ.ㅠ Ah, I have to wear this! It's a shame that all the clothes I bought have outgrown them, but I'm having a happy day! The happiest thing is that people around me say, “Wow, you’ve really lost a lot of weight.” “What did you use to remove it?” Etc., but my abdominal diaphoresis was very big and I gained momentum from it, so I walk 15,000 to 20,000 steps every day, resting 2 days a week ~ I am exercising consistently for about 5 days :) Isn't Biobond uncomfortable because you have lost a lot of diaphoresis? I have a lot of questions. To be honest, it was uncomfortable, but it became easier after doing stretching and walking exercises!! I plan to maintain it consistently in the future. Ah! everyone! Weight will change soon!! >.< ㄹㅇㄹㅇ Director, manager, and nurses, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to open a second life!!>
