when there are clearly visible changes due to lack of focus, so I held on and
posted a review for the first time today!!! When choosing a hospital, experience and skills are of course important, and I chose them after carefully checking whether they were friendly, and I
focused on the areas that do not go away even with exercise, such as the sides, love handles, abdomen, and thighs!
From what I've seen, this seems like a good effect, but what do ordinary people think?
I was debating whether to do it all at once or in installments, and the director said that after removing about 7,000 cc of fat, the net fat amount after water would be about 6,000 cc. Would that be okay? I did it all at once and the conclusion is! I guess it was a good idea to do it all at once haha. I dieted really hard and lost up to 10 kg, but I couldn't see any signs of losing the fat on my thighs and stomach, so I thought about it and just had surgery. Haha. When I woke up after the surgery, I didn't know I was in pain because the anesthesia was still there, but I went home
. I came here, and
when I started moving around little by little in the evening, my whole body hurt as if I
had been beaten. It was okay when I stayed still, but there were a few difficult times getting up from sitting, and the most uncomfortable thing was the bathroom.. hahaha. It
was so hard to get out after doing my business. If you're going to breathe, just do it. I hope you can use annual or monthly leave for a few days..!
So far, my total weight has dropped by 4 kg and my waist size is currently 19 to 20 inches, but I'm still not satisfied, so I'm continuing to exercise!
They say that people who lose fat easily continue to lose it even 4 to 5 months after surgery. I guess that's the case for me too?
I was worried because I couldn't exercise for a few days because I wasn't feeling well, but I kept losing weight.
Before the surgery, I mainly did aerobic exercise to burn fat, but now I'm doing aerobic exercise and strength training together, and as expected, aerobic exercise is
effective in burning fat. I feel better every day. The change is visible!
I'm doing well without any problems, but I'm a little worried about the scars on my thighs.
My stomach is almost gone, but it's still just a little bit, so I
'm going to watch it a little longer and use this as an opportunity to build a healthy sexy body line. Personally, I'm very satisfied. !
