<지흡하고 현재까지><거울볼때마다 뿌듯>It's been four months since I've had any abs, and I feel like my bony arms are complete.
I really like them^^ Every time I look in the mirror, I feel really proud
. Perhaps because I have bony arms , it has the effect of making
my entire body line look thinner
. It's really the best!! I'm tall, so I may have gained weight or looked bulky, but
before I started breathing, I was 173/55, and my forearms were sticking out,
making me look bulky or something like that.
But now that I've had the surgery, I've been on a diet
to maintain my 52-53 size,
but the only thing that wasn't sticking out was my forearms. It doesn't look
bulky
, it makes you look slimmer, and it's really nice. From the sloping shoulder line to the arm line (this looks really crazy pretty),
I wore a tank top to my heart's content this summer.
I had my floating area, armpits, and entire forearm done, and
only 750cc of pure fat was suctioned, but it wasn't that great at first. It looks like I didn't inhale it
, so I was worried about what would happen if it didn't go away much, but my worries were a luxury.
The doctor performed the surgery well,
and now I'm very satisfied.
They told me that if you have diaphoresis, you have to go on a diet, so
I eat about two meals a day, one of which is regular food, and one of my meals is from my diet, and
I walk for an hour. I'm maintaining my weight by riding a bicycle for an hour.
And I always fast for 16 hours.
I try to eat dinner before 6 p.m., but if I eat late, I
fast for 16 hours and eat my first meal of the next day late.
I'll continue to diet in the future, but I'm still
at this weight . I have to try to maintain it!!
