 Wow.. I finally entered the program after 2 months, which seemed like no time would go by haha.
My lower abdomen always sticks out even when I'm wearing clothes, even when I'm sitting still
.. I had no elasticity and had a lot of worries, but
after meeting the equity owner, I lost the weight haha and maintained it well.
I'm trying to lose weight without overdoing it and managing it so that it doesn't yo-yo.
Now, I'm trying to maintain it slowly by losing more for the remaining month or two of my golden period.
Haha. I'll be back to write a review next time before another month is up.
