It's already been over a month since I did Armless Rams!!!
Today is the 5th week and I'm here to give you a review.
The forearm circumference has currently decreased from 28.6cm to 27cm!
I am currently losing a lot of weight from 50kg to 46.8kg!!
This is most likely due to the procedure, but the after-care effect seems to be significant.
If you look at the side lines, you've lost so much fat that there's really no flab, right??
I'm really satisfied.
I've never been able to go out even for a day wearing a tank top, but I think I can do it now. I still have some lumps, so I'm taking the extracorporeal shock wave treatment 4 more times as a post-care treatment and doing it 2 more times!!
I want to get rid of the lumpiness in my face and become thinner haha.
Become my good-looking arm! It's already a success!
