153/47kg/muscular lower body obesity
I lost a total of 2200cc to Loble Avenue Director Raejun Jeong!
Before surgery 47.5 kg After surgery and returning home 48.5 kg
Day 2 49.5kg
On the 5th day, the swelling went down and it was Doraemon's foot.
Day 6 I have bruises all over my legs and my feet are still swollen, but the swelling in my ankles has gone down compared to the day before.
Day 8: My legs are still sore and bruised because the bone is forming.
Day 9 I still have bruises all over and my skin has become sensitive and stings because of the band on top of the stitches.. ㅠ
The lower body is thicker than the upper body, so the upper and lower body are not balanced.
I always covered my lower body.
The fact that the front legs of the line were developed was stressful.
When I received a consultation with Loble, they told me that there would be no dramatic change in my front thighs because I was too muscular, so I thought that wouldn't work... so I didn't have high expectations, but after the surgery, even on the first day, I can see that a lot of my front thighs have disappeared!!!!
Currently, the swelling seems to be the most severe in the knee area.
The bones are originally thin, but the circumference seems to have become much thicker.
When I did the ultrasound, I think there was 0.9cm of fat in the front and 1.3-5cm in the back!
The development of the front thighs is usually due to posture, so I need to pay close attention to correcting my posture during aftercare haha.
And it was nice that Director Jeong Rae-jun was so kind during my consultation!
I don't really exercise, but he asked me seriously if I did squats or calf development exercises, but I felt like I needed to improve my posture a lot haha ㅠㅠ He was very kind and trustworthy even when I sketched the lines before the surgery!
Director Go Ara also took great care and smiled after the surgery.
The staff in the operating room were also very friendly. I was scared of the surgery, but I think I was less scared because everyone treated me so well!
5/19 4:20 ? - Wake up from anesthesia at 7:30
Return home in 20-30 minutes
After I woke up from anesthesia, they brought me porridge and I ate it.
I was the most scared during the surgery I had.
When I entered the operating room, red medicine was applied all over my body.
I guess I was scared because it was surgery on my body lol.
As soon as I got home, I felt sore even if I sat down, so I lay down and slept.
I heard that sleeping with your feet up is good for swelling, so I slept with my legs up on two pillows.
When I wake up, I feel almost painless, so I think I can go out.
If I were to write down the things I was curious about before the surgery,
-Take iron tablets
The hospital didn't tell me first, but I saw in the reviews that people were taking it a lot, so I took it for about 3 days. I wanted to take it for about a week, but somehow...
I usually felt dizzy when I got up from squatting, but I ate it because I thought it would be better than not eating. I don't think I need to eat it.
-Accompanied by guardian
When I had surgery, I always went home without a guardian.
Jiheup seems very dizzy. It would be nice to have a guardian.
Otherwise, I think I'll have to recover at the hospital for about an hour!
-Sweating exercise is possible from 2 weeks onwards.
I think it’s like this! I'm not sure because the swelling hasn't gone down yet, but I'm satisfied with the lines and I think I'll be very happy if the swelling goes down like this
