It's been a while since I've written a review haha ​​After a wedding, playing, eating, resting, recovering my stamina, and working at the company, I'm posting a review after a long time since 100 days have passed . I went on a diet for about a month before the surgery, but compared to my weight before that, I now have a difference of about 10 kg. After the surgery swelling was almost gone, I actually lost 4 kg in 2-3 days depending on the amount of food and the amount of exercise . ... ha Please comment if you have any questions and share if you have any tips on diet or after breathing ㅠ.ㅠ

나 몸매가 비슷한데 상체가 5천이 안 나왔어 ㅠㅠ 다이엍.열심히 하면 더 빠지겠지? 내장지방이 너무 심해서 더 못 뺐나봐
