I feel like I can go get it repaired when I feel comfortable wearing compression garments. I
just try not to eat salty food, and if I can't stand it and eat ramen or salty food, I get help
while taking medicine to reduce swelling. Tried to sleep!
I've been doing Pilates for a little over a month, but I said I'm on a diet, but maybe it's because I have a lot of appointments, so I haven't lost weight.
My weight is almost the same, but I'm very satisfied with this size change because I think it's big!!
