*I didn’t write about the hospital information or
amount because it was in other posts!
Just use it for my own records.
Before surgery - 3rd week. Compared to today.
Week 2 - 3. Changes
are still not dramatic, but
compared to before surgery..^^ Haha.
And these days, it seems like the floaters on my back
are forming lines, so I compared them with 5 days ago.
I took a picture of
my bare body . I took a picture of my bare body wearing a camouflage shirt
to avoid crying
. - Even in the 2nd week, the lumps in the floaters
were so bad and my back hurt.
Even after removing the stitches, the parts that touch my arms and armpits
felt like I was wearing something. It's
still a little hard, but I take it whenever
I get the chance . I heard that gently rubbing with a foam roller or bruise cream
can help with swelling, so I was applying it from time to time. After
the stitches were removed , I felt a lot of
swelling on my back and bra line
go down . The hospital I work at also provides separate consultations with a nutritionist, so
I decided to meet again in two weeks and found out
about the app. I write down my meals regularly, and
even when I eat out, I control the portion size.
I walk or step on a daily basis.
I don't wear compression garments only when I go out, but
wear them at home and when I sleep.
My weight has dropped by about 4-5 kg compared to before the surgery.
But my feet are so swollen
that my feet are really sore. The swelling keeps going up and
down,
to the point where my shoes are tight ㅡㅡ
I'm going to go for follow-up care now, but
I
can move my arms mostly fine, but
when I put things up or down,
it feels like a rubber band is being pulled from behind? There's something like that.
When I do after-care, I'm looking forward to it because I've heard it's improving a lot.
I think I'll be more motivated
if I lose weight in the current line and also do abdominal work
! What helped during the 2nd and 3rd weeks
was the foam roller lol That and drinking water!
I will get follow-up care and post another review!
