<15일차><15일차><[수술 전]><[수술 전]><[수술 전]><[Before surgery]><[Before surgery]><[Before surgery]>I
lost 2050 cc of my thighs (360 degrees
) (I tried to do it with a puff, but the director recommended that I do it just for the thighs.)
After the painful week passed, and
the uncomfortable week passed,
it became somewhat tolerable.
If the swelling continued for a week, it would be okay. Afterwards,
I felt the swelling go down.
My bruising wasn't that bad at first, but
it got worse after about a week and now it's almost gone.
I regret it because it hurt so much on the first day, and
it was very uncomfortable for a week,
but after two weeks, it feels like it's no big deal again.
The long-awaited stitch pulling day! I went to the hospital,
got a swelling laser and made an appointment for radiofrequency treatment.
The swelling laser seems to be effective, and
my legs feel lighter, perhaps because of the stitches being removed.
I was worried about going to a hospital that didn't have aftercare , but I ended up choosing a place that did provide
aftercare
. I ate well for a week to help the swelling go down better and have been maintaining the diet since a week later!!
Maybe it's because of the surgery, but my willpower has been boosted.
I go for a walk once a day, but it still makes me itch,
so I try it because they say it's good for reducing swelling
. Now, it hurts when I just press it, but
the pain is almost gone.
Instead, the sensation is still dull when I touch it, but
I have expectations that it will become thinner haha. Now
that the front thighs, which were the most stressful part, are gone,
my legs feel really different. Do
my legs feel longer?
When I wore leggings , I felt uncomfortable wearing leggings
because my y-zone stood out
... but that feeling has really disappeared!!!!
Even though it's only been two weeks, there's a big change.
I'm excited to hear that the swelling will go down in a month.
Please check to see if I'm doing well
