In reality, there doesn't seem to be any significant line change for about a week. Of course, comparing it to 3 months ago, there is a huge change... If I had known I would be able to lose it this quickly, I would have done it right away lol. I'm happy that my clothes fit so much better these days. Originally, I wore 4XL big size clothes and the 3XL ones were too small and didn't fit or fasten. But these days, I wear L~XL! The rubber band fits well in one size (44~66). I lost a total of 11kg, from 87kg to now 76kg! But when I met my family for the first time in a while, I told them that I had lost 11 kilos, and they said there was no difference other than my stomach. Haha. I didn't even tell them that I had the procedure, but people could see that I had lost only my stomach. It's good because the procedure is definitely effective, but there are no significant changes elsewhere, so it's a bit noticeable. It made me laugh haha. But now that I've lost a lot of my stomach, I've gained more confidence, my choice of clothes has expanded, and I'm really enjoying life these days. I'm so excited that I want to drink alcohol, but since I feel like I haven't been dieting much lately, I'm getting scared that I'll get sick again. I need to find my original intention and not get sick. Oh, and I don't know if it's just me, but it feels like my stretch marks are fading quite a bit. Is everyone like that..? Well, anyway, Rams is the best in many ways... I'm happy... I'll work hard on my diet! Thank you God...
