I got help from my older sisters, got a recommendation from the hospital, looked at reviews, and sold my feet, so now Im a bone-thigh. I didnt like the taste of rice, so I ate a little bit and took a light walk to get rid of the swelling??? Maybe thats why, now I can keep my body in shape even if I dont take care of it. At first, it was so hard to go to the bathroom, so I regretted it, but now that I think about it, Im so satisfied that I could have done it if I hadnt done it.
