Before I got Botox . I applied it with an ice pack (so it doesn't hurt and don't bruise) and then got the injection, but there was fat on the top, so it was just a tingling sensation, but as I got closer to the knee, it got colder and more painful. Still, it was bearable because it only took a few shots. ^^
And the effect takes a while. They say it will show up, so
