hello.
I am a female office worker currently living a social life.
I recently had liposuction to
reduce the size and weight of my thighs and rub handles
, and to avoid getting hurt by yo-yoing again,
I wanted to receive advice on
how to manage it with exercise, diet, food control, etc., so I wrote this post.
Sometimes I felt envious when I saw diet success stories...
but I never thought I would post something like this myself.
Please refrain from leaving negative comments or judging my body... ㅠㅠ
I'm hurt^-'
Before the surgery, I was 170cm tall and weighed about 64kg.
I wasn't fat, but I had a flab around my waist. There was a little bit, and
the thighs were a little different..;
Of course, it's not that I didn't try.
I tried various things like exercise, herbal diet, etc... but
the diet failed and I wasted money and
time due to the yo-yo coming soon, which only piled up stress and gave me a lot of mental trouble.
Then, while surfing the Internet, I saw reviews of people who had had success with liposuction, and from then on I looked into liposuction.
While researching,
I was very worried about the safety and poor results of liposuction,
but I chose a hospital where I felt I could have the surgery with peace of mind and had the surgery. After deciding to have the surgery, even after paying the deposit, I was very worried and hesitated.
This was my first time having surgery. I
was really scared and had trouble sleeping at night, but
the doctor spoke well during the surgery and
I was put under anesthesia with peace of mind.
When I woke up from the anesthesia after the surgery, the pain
was so bad
I thought I was going to die... I
almost fainted... tears came out of my eyes
. Even though I was on a bed with an electric blanket for about 30 minutes,
my teeth were chattering. Is
it true that I had the surgery in the middle of summer? I felt like I was...
After about 30 minutes, I calmed down a bit,
rested a little more, and then went home.
Even when I got home, the pain was no joke.
It was really, really difficult to work while wearing a compression garment.
I was bruised and swollen
, so I actually gained weight right after the surgery.
Then, about 2-3 weeks after the bruising and swelling went down, I
started losing weight and the lines started to appear. I
really saw hope ,
so I went around like crazy to get follow-up care.
Thanks to the good follow-up care, the scar has healed well and
is smooth with no lumps. I am satisfied.
I think I received so many good things
about the aftercare I received that I can't list them all. I
was very happy because the hospital provided excellent aftercare.
And that doesn't mean I think they were good.
I will
think about how I used to look every day and work hard to manage it .
I don't want to recommend liposuction
to everyone who is stressed about their body shape, but
there is still hope, so I hope you will work hard in a way that suits you and
get results that you will be satisfied with.
