- Thigh circumference 2 weeks later: 56.3
I got thigh fat extraction injections 2 weeks ago and had 12 bottles extracted from the inside and 5 bottles from the outside!
I had a total of 17 bottles extracted.
What's special is that I lost 30kg through dieting for a year and went from morbidly obese to normal weight, but I still had some flab in some areas! In particular, I decided to get the fat extraction injections because the flab on my thighs just wouldn't go away... It's amazing that
my weight remains the same after the procedure but my circumference has gone down!
When I touch it, the swelling is still hard and the circumference has decreased,
so I think my weight will go down a lot once the swelling goes down,,, ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I'm really looking forward to it
- Pain during the procedure: It was a bit sore and painful when under anesthesia, but I didn't feel anything during the procedure because I was under anesthesia. After the anesthesia wore off, it was just a bit of muscle pain, so I started light aerobic exercise the next day
- Bruising/swelling after the procedure: I think it's because I do aerobic exercise every day, but the bruising went down quickly. Light walking helps with circulation, which is a big help in relieving the bruising and swelling!!

[@Cell Fairy] I also have muscular legs, so of course it would be more effective than the fat type, but I also had a lot of fat, so I think it was effective enough!
