I received Zeltiq (CoolSculpting) for my abdomen, and the effect was minimal. It's been about 8 months now. It's gone, but I don't know if there's much of a difference. The pain is about 1/10 when I get it. degree? It doesn't hurt at all, but it does tickle when I massage it afterward. If I go back to the past, I think I'd rather breathe.
