It's already been two months since I had the arm lift surgery!!
The pain is almost gone now, but if I had to pick one, sometimes when I stretch my arm out, it feels a little tight because the fat was pulled up, but it's not to the point where it really bothers meㅎㅎ
The swelling is going down and my arm seems to have lost more weight than when I first had the surgery!!
Before, I didn't lose weight as much as I wanted no matter how much I dieted, so I had no motivation, but now I'm more motivated to diet and exercise harder! I've lost 5kg since before the surgery and I'm so happy >_<
But if I didn't have the surgery, I think the lumpy fat on the inside of my arm would have stayed the sameㅠ It was
like cellulite, so the fat on the inside of my forearm was lumpy, so it was obvious when I raised my arm and it was also lumpy when I lowered my arm? But now it's not like that!!

The scar is still red, but I'm diligently applying ointment and taking care of it~
Since it's still fall anyway, I won't be exposing it for a while, so I'm not worried about it for nowㅎㅎ
And since my arms have gotten thinner, I don't look swollen even when I wear thick clothes, which is nice^_^ I think I just need to take good care of my scar from now on!!>
