 [Before surgery]
I’ve always been chubby, but my arms are particularly thick, so I only wear sleeveless or short sleeves when I travel abroad. I don’t have much muscle, but my arms are thick with a lot of fat ㅠㅠ Even when I wear short sleeves, I always wear 3/4 sleeves that go down to my elbowsㅎㅎ.. I’ve always wanted to get arm liposuction, but after much deliberation, I ended up choosing Royal Real, which uses Director Kim In-gu’s unique technique of Lot liposuction, and decided to get it done on my arms, armpits, floating breasts, and mini shoulder blades.
[The day of the surgery]
I woke up early because I was excited in the morning ㅎㅎ I wanted to see the changes before going to the hospital, so I took pictures by myself at home before the surgery, and since there were quite a few convex front and back, I think it was a good decision to add floating breasts and mini shoulder blades ㅋㅋㅋ When I received the consultation, Director Kim In-gu confidently said that he would do the Lot liposuction method to achieve the straight arm shape that I wanted, so I trusted him ㅎㅎ The nurses were also very kind, and the nurse had a hard time drawing the line on my feet because my blood vessels are weak, but she reassured me that it would be okay, so I was touched ㅠㅠ And after the surgery, I was lying in the recovery room when I woke up, so I came out after getting enough rest.
[Post-surgery - Day 1]
They say that the pain from arm liposuction is different for everyone, but it was just a dull and sore feeling, and I could raise my arms better than I thought. I’ve never heard of Lot liposuction anywhere else, but there was no bruising. When I took off the bandage over the compression garment, I could really see the difference before and after, so I guess there's a lot of swelling now, but I'm really looking forward to what will happen when the swelling goes down. I really understand why Director Kim In-gu was so confident. I'm going to diligently take care of my arm liposuction aftercare and disinfection as the hospital instructed!
