First of all, the reason I got the surgery was because I had a big complex about my thighs since I was young, and my family is a type of person who tends to accumulate fat on their thighs and arms, so I made up my mind to get liposuction on my thighs.
Everyone asks how long I have to wear the compression garment, saying that the longer I wear it, the better, but I only wore it for 2 weeks after the surgery, and after that, I stopped wearing it because I thought it made me swell more!!
I'm currently going to aftercare and taking care of myself by occasionally going for walks instead of exercising. ㅎㅎㅎ
