It's my 3rd month of arm liposuction, and I did 360 degree + shoulder + floating room. They say 3 months is the golden age for dieting, but I couldn't diet because I was busy with work. Still, I lost 3kg lol. I was the type of person who had some fat gathered around my arms. I lost 2000 cc from both arms. The thickest part of my circumference was 39.8 - > I'm 34. You said you lost less weight due to the characteristics of your body type, but... I wish you lost more ^^... Everyone around me said I lost weight, and I'm completely satisfied. I spend a few hundred dollars on PT and exercise, but I just did this once... and maintained exercise. I thought it would work . The director was very trustworthy. He advised me to really think about my future and exercise, and that it was an excuse to not exercise because I was busy. Haha. I want to work on my thighs in the winter.
