I regret worrying about and putting off getting thigh liposuction.
I should have gotten it done in my 20s and worn more pretty clothes.
I was born with thick thighs, but I really like the lines and I'm happy that they're thinner!

By any chance, after the surgery on the thigh area (right under the pubic area), did you have severe wrinkles or deep sagging? I've been thinking about getting thigh liposuction for a long time because I've been suffering from sagging skin since birth, but I can't even think about it because of the side effects, wrinkles, and sagging.
