I posted a review of Muhan Rams for thighs and sides 4 months ago!
I was personally very satisfied with Rams, so
this time I did the abdomen and arms.

Personally, the last time I tried Rams, I
experienced swelling for a month. I don't know why, but
after a month, I started to slim down drastically.
So now, in the second week, there hasn't been much change, but
overall fat? It seems like the bulkiness has decreased!
I compared the Jeogorisal by date, and
if you look at the before and after, it has definitely shrunk a bit, right?

When I tried the Infinite Rams on the sides,
I realized that the thing I hate the most is my poopy belly.
My sides are slim, but
my stomach sticks out relatively,
so it feels like a thorn in my eye!
What stands out more???
And when I wear tight clothes, my belly fat folds into two or three pieces, and
even though I lost 8kg, I still look too fat..
What do I do if I have a gap in my inner thighs?
What do I do if my sides are narrow..?
Because of my belly fat, my pants size is the same ㅜㅜ
So I thought I had to do my stomach at all costs.
It's only the 2nd week of abdominal ramming, so it's not dramatic yet, but
I believe it will go away in a month or two.
Like other artists, I want to see my abs as soon as possible~~

I think I now know what it means to want to go somewhere else.
Oh, and the last time I went to Rams, I felt
like I was losing weight.
I lost a total of 8kg, and
the lines on my thighs and sides
are... lines that are difficult to create with exercise.

For example, the hip dip is filled,
the back and sides are narrowed, and
the gap in the inner thighs is widened!
It's really hard to do that through exercise.
The overall body lines have really changed!!
So, I ended up having RAMS on my arms and abdomen again...
