It's already been 9 weeks since I started doing Muhan Rams. My
forearm size is currently 26.0cm as of the 8th week!
Before the procedure, I was 28.6cm. Isn’t the change in size really incredible? I lost 2.6cm in two months!
There was also a lot of change in weight.
Just looking at the numbers, the change is big, but the eyes and body are really big!
If you look at the photos, the change is truly amazing!!!
Now, the lines themselves have become prettier.
The lines of the tank top are really pretty, and I love how the back and side bulges have completely disappeared.

I want to be more confident than now and wear a tank top with
