It's been a little over 2 years since I had the surgery, but it was the one I was most satisfied with among the surgeries I've done. To be honest, I gave up on management early on, but I'm doing well while maintaining it. If there is a downside, I didn't see a huge effect because I have thick bones? Other than that, I totally recommend it.
