This February, I had regular LAMS piercing on the inner and outer thighs and 3 spots on the abdomen. They said that if you take good care of yourself after the procedure, you would lose a few kilos or something within a month after the recommended procedure, but I gained 1 kilo and there was no change, so I regretted it a lot. So I just went to the aftercare, didn’t pay extra, just got a prescription for medication, and stopped. I think I took the medication for a total of 2 and a half months? (I didn’t take it every day consistently). That was the most effective for me. My weight dropped steadily. About 3 or 4 kilos. All the diet supplements and herbal medicines I’ve tried so far didn’t work, but this was the only one that worked well for me. After taking the medication, I maintained my weight and then lost 2 more kilos by exercising (I don’t do well in the lower body and I don’t want to build muscle) and focusing on cardio. So now, after 8 months, when you look at it from the front, I really like my legs, but since the sides are gone, my inner thighs are also gone, but when I look at it from the side, the thickness still remains and I'm stressed ㅠㅠ When I paid for Rams, I didn't do the front or back thighs because the money was going by area ㅠㅠ I regret not having just done the front thighs back then... I'm satisfied with my stomach. My lower belly really didn't go away, but now it's really smooth and there's no jiggling. I'm satisfied ㅎㅎ I think I'll be able to get the stomach I want if I just do more abdominal exercises here. So I want to do it with my biceps again, but it hurts so bad that I can't.. The downsides are the pain and the price..?
