I had done autologous fat transplantation on my thighs before, so
I did it a month ago to lose weight before getting married,
and it worked out perfectly. In the case of InBody, when
I measured it again after the surgery, I found out
that I was originally skinny and had gained weight, so the amount of fat had gone down. There was a lot, but
the fat mass decreased significantly and the muscle mass increased!!
Additionally, I received Saxenda and arginine injections,
which seemed to be effective.
I am satisfied now and I diet intermittently, but there is no yo-yo.
I am satisfied because I look at the body line rather than the weight!!
Lastly, I'm going to post InBody.
If you look at it, I've gained weight, but even though I didn't exercise much and just controlled my diet,
my muscle mass increased, so InBody came out saying that I don't have to control both muscle and weight!! :)
You can do it by diet without exercise, but the way I controlled my diet was by writing a diary of what I eat every day on KakaoTalk.
It's good to have someone to coach you at first, but if that doesn't work, you can just write and reflect on your own. Haha.
Other people do it too. If you are worried about yo-yoing after sneezing, I hope you give it a try!!
