Previously, when I bought clothes, if I chose XXL according to my waist size, I hated it because I had to pay extra to buy it, but now I buy L size and my waist remains!
Personally, the only thing I regret is that only the belly fat disappears, and the top is tight only on the chest, so it's not easy to buy clothes that fit the stomach and chest
