I had love handle fat extraction injections at the Haeundae Obesity Clinic in June of this year, and the results were so good that I also started abdominal fat extraction injections at the end of September to get rid of sagging anterior abdomen...! (I'm posting before and after photos of my love handles just in case I don't know. I think I need to lose fat one more time.) When I got my love handles, the swelling went down really quickly and the bruising went away really easily, so I thought that would happen this time too, but my front abdomen is a little different ㅠ ㅡㅜ. . It was painful during the procedure, and I'm glad they explained in advance that the lumps in the front abdomen and the bruising would extend down to the middle ear. I didn't know it wouldn't go away this much...! It's only the 8th day since the procedure, so I know that future aftercare is very important, so I think I can endure this time as well. I'm assuming I received bruise cream at the hospital, but my stomach is very swollen (m> I'm at an XL now hahaha...) My panties are really tight ㅠ ㅡㅠ..! If anyone knows how to get rid of swelling, please share. (This is my first time seeing swelling like this^)

I didn't really have any pain when I had love handles, but this time it's a bit worse ㅜㅜㅜ I'm going to Jeju Island at the end of October, and I'm wondering if I'll be able to wear a swimsuit.

Hmm.. These days, teas that help reduce swelling at pharmacies are red bean tea, fox tea...? They sell pumpkin juice, so I ate it.. I recommend taking a walk. ㅠㅠ As I know, you can't use a steam bath... You had a hard time!!!!
