Arm breathing + arm elevation (step 4) day 11!! My left arm didn't hurt at all from the beginning, and only my right arm hurt a lot. Yesterday, when I went to take the stitches out, my right arm started to bleed and opened up a little as soon as I took off a few stitches, so I put a strip of tape on it and only took half of the stitches out. I was so upset because my body shape had changed and the arm fluttering that I had been stressed about had disappeared. It's great, but the incision is so big that it's hard to move and take care of it. I'm going back to work next Wednesday, but I'm really worried. I hope he recovers quickly... I don't regret the surgery, but if only I had taken a little more time off from work.. ㅠㅠ

체형에 맞는 평범한 팔을 원했던 지라 많이 안빼고 딱 좋아요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 불편함은 감각이상 약간 ? 10일 지나니 95프로 사라졌어요!!!!

넹 ㅎㅎ 40키로 넘게 감량 했던치라 이미 늘어난 팔뚝피부는 살을 아무리빼도 흔들흔들.. 팔은 아무리 빼도 100kg때랑 똑같았어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 왼팔은 하나도 안아팠고 오른팔만 거슬리게 아팠네요 ㅠㅠ
